Playfake is a mobile app developer that develops apps that primarily focuses on Entertainment. We provide Android apps via the Google Playstore that users can download and use free of charge. We also provide the Premium (Pro) versions of our free apps for a price. These pro apps include some exclusive premium features and also do no have any advertisements.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

In Short: These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

Playfake complies with applicable legislation related to children's privacy protection, including the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Thus, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect or solicit personal information from children, as they are defined under applicable law, and specifically: under the age of 13 years old, if they are located in the US, or under the age of 16 years old, if they are located in the EU; (collectively: “Child” or “Children”), except as permitted under applicable law.

If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a Child has shared any Personal Information with us, please contact us at contact@playfake.in and we will take steps to ensure that such personal information is immediately deleted from our files, to the extent required under applicable law.
